At the age of 13, Natalie began assisting her mother, Nancy in the creation and execution of an experiential leadership camp that Nancy led in Idaho. In 2014, Natalie documented the experience by authoring the TIPPS curriculum.
Natalie lives by the motto, “you are the author of your own life story.” Having struggled with an eating disorder and an abusive relationship that almost ended her her life, Natalie lives her life with passion, purpose and power. She believes that every person has a story inside that when released, spoken and healed can be a source of strength for an entire lifetime. The experiences that could have broken her, have inspired her to dedicate her life helping you create #yourtippingpoint.
Natalie has been speaking, leading and coaching for over a decade. She is also the owner and CEO of two companies in the real estate field. She has won many awards for her work including; 40 Top Business Professionals under 40 and an Idaho Woman of the Year Finalist.

Nancy Lemas is a trailblazer. No stranger to obstacles, Nancy has worked a lifetime to ensure equal access and opportunity for women in business. She co-founded the largest organization for women in commercial real estate, CREW, which boasts over 9,000 members. She has received numerous prestigious awards including Women Entrepreneur of the Year. In her 30 year career as a commercial real estate agent, Nancy has sold over $310 million dollars in commercial real estate.
Born to a teenage mother and growing up in an abusive household, facing many health, financial and relationship challenges, Nancy is dedicated to a lifetime of transformation and healing through the power of her mindset. She is the shining example of resiliency and bravery.
Fifteen years ago, Nancy embarked on what would become her life’s passion; working with young people. She created, designed and facilitated an experiential leadership camp for teens for 15 years. Nancy has shared her message of forgiveness, resiliency and hope with thousands of teens. Nancy is grateful for her marriage to the love of her life, Ernie of over 30 years and her two daughters, Natalie and Nicole.
